B2B Awards: IDG Notches 10 Neal Nods from ABM

It's been a good week for International Data Group. Not only was founder/chairman Pat McGovern feted by Magazine Publishers of America and several of its Web sites cited among our "Best of the Web", but IDG magazines racked up 10 nominations in eight publishing categories in the 2005 Jesse Neal Awards finalist nominations released last week by the American Business Press. Other top finalists include VNU Business Media (nine nods); Primedia, Hanley Wood, and McGraw-Hill (each with six); and Advanstar and Reed Business Information (both with five). The premiere awards event in B2B publishing takes place Wednesday, March 16th at noon in New York's Waldorf-Astoria Hotel.
