AMD Study Eyes Bigger Electricity Demand From Web Servers

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) Wednesday said a new study it commmissioned shows that electricity demands from Web servers around the world will require additional capacity equal to more than ten additional 1,000 megawatt power plants by 2010.
