Ned Lander will step down from his position as General Manager of SBS Independent (SBSi) in December. Editor-in-Chief of The Australian Chris Mitchell has announced the launch of The Wall Street Journal page as part of a major content deal with Dow Jones & Company. Fairfax Media is planning to launch a new online newspaper called The Perth Leader according to The Australian. The Australian print edition of IDG's PC World is to cease print publication in January but will continue online.
