The Boston-based publisher released today Services OutSourcing World, a monthly publication targeted at companies looking to ship jobs to lower-cost places. "It's about the whole business process of outsourcing," said David Hill, president and chief executive of IDG International Publishing Services. Whatever side you take, offshoring is here to stay. And it's created an open market for IDG's newest niche magazine, Hill said. "Trying to stop outsourcing is like trying to stop the tide from coming in," he added. "You certainly can't stop it, so we might as well do it well."
