Call for Nominations Now Open for Computerworld’s “Best Practices in Infrastructure Management” Awards Program

FRAMINGHAM, MA – April 1, 2008 – Infrastructure Management World, in conjunction with Computerworld, is seeking IT user-organization case study submissions for its "Best Practices in Infrastructure Management" Awards Program. Computerworld's Infrastructure Management World annual awards program identifies and acknowledges excellence among users of infrastructure management technology.

Eligible nominees are exclusively IT end-user organizations. Nominations of IT end-user organizations are accepted from IT users themselves, their public relations representatives, or vendors on behalf of their customers. Multiple submissions of case studies describing different deployments per organization will be considered.

Five Finalists in each category will be recognized at Computerworld's Infrastructure Management World Conference, held June 16-18, 2008, at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in Washington, DC. Award recipients will be recognized on the event website, in an event press release, and may be featured in a special Computerworld supplement.

Honorees and Finalists will be recognized in each of the following five categories:

— Data Center Management, IT Operations & Business Continuity

— Network Management

— Security, Compliance and Risk Management

— Servers and Virtualization

— Storage and ILM

End-user Finalists will receive complimentary Infrastructure Management World Conference registrations.
