Capital One, Dunkin’ Brands, and New York Power Authority Among the Featured Case Studies at the Upcoming IDC Business Intelligence and Business Process Forum

FRAMINGHAM, MA – MAY 11, 2006 – IDC today announced the roster of speakers for its second annual Business Intelligence and Business Process Forum, scheduled for June 12-13, 2006 at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York City.
