DEMO 08 to Explore Hidden Frontiers of Innovation
SOUTHBOROUGH, MA – November 29, 2007 – The DEMO conferences occur twice each year, bringing together new technologies, new thinking, and a host of industry influencers to debate the latest technology trends and support important new innovations. DEMO 08, taking place January 28-30 in Palm Desert, CA, will foster debate and the exploration of new opportunities with two panels devoted to finding exciting prospects in new ideas and within new regions.

The DEMO events are built around the debut of new products and the resulting discovery of new opportunities. DEMO 08 promises to deliver approximately 70 live demonstrations of industry changing technologies from both startups and established companies. The list of demonstrating companies will be announced on January 25, 2008.

This panel will delve into the economic opportunities open to those who are ready and able to reconsider Africa and explore the innovations of this developing region.
