IDC Invites Software Vendors to Participate in Its Annual “Innovative Companies to Watch” Survey
FRAMINGHAM, MA. – April 15, 2010 – International Data Corporation (IDC) is inviting independent software vendors to participate in its annual “Innovative Companies to Watch” survey for the applications, application development and deployment, and information access markets. This research, to be published by IDC, highlights software vendors who exemplify innovative solutions around emerging software trends that in turn clearly demonstrate an improved ROI for their clients.
“Senior IDC software analysts have determined a set of key trends shaping the applications, application deployment and deployment, and information access markets, and we are now asking vendors in those areas to share with us the ways in which they are capitalizing on these developments,” stated Henry Morris, senior vice president, Software and Services Research at IDC. “This is an opportunity to highlight software vendors who exemplify innovative solutions around emerging software trends that in turn clearly demonstrate an improved ROI for their clients.”
IDC is now inviting qualified independent software vendors to participate in its 2010 Innovative Companies to Watch program for the Applications, Information Access, and Application Development & Deployment markets. Companies participating in the survey must have less than $100M in revenue. Survey participants will also be asked to supply a customer case study from an implementation completed in 2009 or before March 2010.
Those selected as “Innovative Companies to Watch” will be highlighted in a forthcoming series of IDC research documents.
Each of the three market areas has its own qualifying top trends. Software vendors can learn more about the study criteria and access the survey by visiting www.idc.com/innovativecompaniestowatch2010 [http://www.idc.com/innovativecompaniestowatch2010].
