IDC’s Lisa Rowan Recognized as One of the World’s “Most Powerful HR Technology Experts” by Human Resource Executive Magazine
FRAMINGHAM, Mass., April 13, 2012 – Lisa Rowan, program director, HR, Talent, and Learning Strategies research at International Data Corporation (IDC) was recently named by the editors of Human Resource Executive as one of 10 individuals found to be the world's "Most Powerful HR Technology Experts".
Ms. Rowan was among those selected "who stand out for the guidance they provide to thousands of companies with money to spend on [HR] technology".

Lisa Rowan serves as IDC's Program Director for HR, Learning, and Talent Management Strategies research. In this role, she provides expert analysis focused on both the business services and software used to address HR and talent-related processes. Her research encompasses human capital applications, human resource consulting, HR processing services, and HR business process outsourcing (BPO) services.
Ms. Rowan is an active member of a number of HR organizations and served on the board of directors for the New England Chapter of IHRIM (International HR Information Management society.) Lisa's influence and industry impact is widely recognized. She received IHRIM's Summit Award for 2008, the association's highest honor, and was named to HRO Today magazine's list of 2008, 2009, and 2010 HRO Superstars. She was also recently named to HR Examiner's Top 100 Influencers. She is frequently invited to present her industry knowledge and views at industry events and to the press.
