IDG Named to Boston Globe List of 2011 Top Places to Work in Massachusetts

To compile its rankings, The Boston Globe engaged Workplace Dynamics to survey employees at 237 participating companies. Each employer was measured on six factors: direction, execution, managers, career, conditions, and pay and benefits.

All the participating employers were placed into one of three size groups, based on the number of employees in Massachusetts. With 743 Massachusetts-based employees, IDG was ranked among midsize workplaces.
