IDG Netherlands Acquires HCC Media
BOSTON, MA – APRIL 28, 2003 – International Data Group (IDG), the world’s leading technology media company, announced today that IDG Netherlands reached an agreement with HCC, the largest Dutch association of computer users, to acquire HCC Media. IDG will gain gaming magazines: PCZone Benelux, GameQuest, PlayNation, DVDNation, and FlightZone. Together with Computer!Totaal, Tips&Trucs, Internet Tips&Trucs and ZOOM Magazine, IDG Netherlands now reaches more than 1.6 million Dutch technology readers.
