GENERAL SPECS

  • Promotes 2+ assets, with a maximum of 3 tabs. Each tab can house up to 6 white papers/case studies, or one video/RSS feed.

Content & Requirements:

  • Overall design can be developed by IDG or client/agency with guidance from IDG to ensure design is compatible with functionality
  • Any change in functionality or template will require custom development charges and additional development time

Banner (collapsed) with logo and tabs

  • Tab Text: 50 – 80 characters max for tab title (required), 75 characters max for description (optional) Banner Image: 728×90, 2-3 tabs. IDG usually creates this banner.
  • Client provides logo in hi-res eps format, background imagery and call-to-action

Expanded Banner – Asset Option

  • Include headline and summary for IDG hosted leadgen, client hosted assets or other
    external link
  • Titles: 40-50 characters including spaces
  • Teasers: 160 characters max including spaces and call-to-action
  • Branding image (optional): PSD, JPG, or GIF to be placed in the background of the expanded panel

Expanded Banner – Video Option

  • A non-expanding 320 x 200 creative OR a video in 4:3 or 16:9 formats, plays in unit
  • Video Format: MP4 or YouTube. 10 MB max file size
  • Branding image (optional): PSD, JPG, or GIF to be placed in the background of the expanded panel

Expanded Banner – Multiple Asset Option

  • Include headline and summary for IDGE hosted leadgen, client hosted assets or other external links.
  • 2 to 5 assets displayed as list of titles
  • Asset detail displays when user clicks on title
  • Titles: 40-50 characters including spaces
  • Teasers: 160 characters max including spaces. Includes call-to-action
  • Thumbnail: 180×138 px max width/height

Client-Supplied

  • Please include brand guidelines, fonts and color palettes if available.
  • Assets should be in the form of links (gated or ungated), as well as PDFs for the creation of thumbnails.
  • All background imagery should be high resolution.
  • Logos should be high resolution EPS format.
  • Provide contact information for individuals who will receive the lead reports (if applicable).
  • Clients are allowed to provide up to five competitors to be removed from the weekly lead reports at the start of a campaign.

Reporting

  • Impressions and clicks reporting available
  • Lead reports will be sent 1 week from the campaign launch and will be formatted in excel. Reports will be delivered thereafter on a weekly basis until the lead goal or end date has been met.
  • If lead report template is applicable, please send prior to campaign launch.
  • Bogus and duplicate leads are removed. All qualified leads will have what appears to be a correctly formatted valid email or phone number supplied by our users.
